Johnny was born and raised a military brat, his family settled in South Lake Tahoe, CA, after his dad retired from the Navy. After graduating from South Tahoe High School, Johnny left South Lake Tahoe to attend College.

Upon returning to South Lake Tahoe after college, he met his wife and moved to Gardnerville, NV, where they had one son and eventually moved to Sparks, NV in 1997.

In 2001, Johnny obtained his Nevada Real Estate license, eventually becoming the Managing Broker for a large local Brokerage. He decided in 2010, he preferred working with home sellers and buyers more than running an office and returned to being a Broker/Salesman, where he accelerates today.

What sets Johnny apart from other agents is that he puts his clients first and himself second. This is a fundamental difference from most agents. Johnny is not the “high pressure salesman” that many agents are in today’s real estate market. Johnny listens to his clients, working to first educate, coach, and help his clients reach their real estate goals. He understands each client is unique in their situation. This is why he takes the time upfront to fully understand how he can best assist each person he works with.

In his spare time, Johnny enjoys spending time with family, golfing, hunting and training his award winning dog, Kimber.
